'HYPERFOCUS' is a series of art based projects to raise awareness of ADHD & Neurodivirsity. We're using the hashtag #hyperfocus25 to link all our social content and we're inviting you to create some art featuring the hashtag.
Our goal is to get 2025 entries so please join in, this is aimed at people of all ages, artistic ability and neurotype!
Check our downloadable templates:
If you'd like to get creative and draw something then this template is for you:
Alternatively you can join in and colour in our Hyperfocus Logo:
Please print out extras to help others get involved, each template features details to help others share their entries online.

It's not a competition and there's no particular theme, it's up to you and it's just a fun way to spread awareness and help build an audience for other projects that will follow later in the year. Such as our art collaboration where 25 artists will team up to make a masterpiece, click here for more details.

I am truly glad I came across this group! The nuerodiversity focus is right up my alley due to suffering from the nuerological disease of Relapsing Multiple Sclerosis. I have also had a stroke that greatly affected my short term memory and stole blocks of memory spanning over approximately ten years. I don't even mind that y'all are in the UK. You're my people!
